My day did not start in a high note. I was irritated and I want to complain about many things around me/my apartment. I started searching a lot on how to go about it.

Bingo!!! I found the below info on kaggadasapura.com. Thanks to the site!

I called up on '22660000', not expecting much. And to my pleasant surprise, my call was answered professionally!!! They noted down my issue, my phone number and gave me a tracking number too! I will have to see what is the outcome of this.

BBMP Centralised Control Room
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has set up a Computerised Control Room to register complaints.
Call 22660000 to register complaints.
An unique number will be provided with each complaint for tracking and compliance. You need to provide your details for follow-up.

Nature of Complaints for Redressal by BBMP are:

• Garbage Clearance
• Maintenance of Footpaths and Roads
• Clearing Fallen Trees
• Street Lighting
• Unauthorised Construction
• Building Usage Violation

You can also lodge your complaints online at BBMP Online Public Grievance Redressal website http://www.spandana.kar.nic.in. This site will keep you informed of the status of your complaint via SMS.
